Need motivation to lose 10-15 pounds by June

Just started a couple days ago and I am already struggling to stay motivated. I'm not a fan of exercise and have a major sweet tooth. I like to run occasionally but I have a hard time getting myself to do it more than 1-2 times a week. My husband isn't the most supportive person in the world which doesn't help. I just need someone to help me through this.

    Hiya hun, I'm trying to lose 17lbs before June. I'm fairly new on her too (only Been on 8 days). I'm happy to try and get you motivated and vide versa? Sent you a request :). Anyone is welcome too add me as a friend xx

    Thanks ya'll! This is probably a stupid question, but I'm new to MFP so... the daily calorie goal: am I supposed to try to eat 1200 or more, or stay below that number?
