Today's first day! How well does it work?

I think I made it 21 days. Too many squats by that point that took up too much of my time to complete, and it didn't seem to do anything (other than endurance).
I do wish I would have completed the challenge, though.0 -

I've done it before and felt like it really didn't do much help, granted this was when I first started exercising and I did them completely weightless but I just feel like even if you do weighted squats your body would get used to the movement and it would become ineffective after a while.0
