i still slip in and out of the habit, the point is not just tracking what you eat, but seeing the trends and habits in writing staring at you in the face. creating a map of what does and doesn't work. overtime creating those healthy habits...whether to lose weight or for bodybuilding...it will be a maintainable lifestyle0
