Losing the gut!!!

I am a guy wanting to lose the gut.... What kind of core strengthening excerising I can do to help beside treadmill

  • Any weight training will burn calories. There is nothing that targets "the gut". Your body will lose fat wherever it wants to. Any type of activity that burns calories will help you lose your gut. Nutrition is just as important.

    Losing the gut = calorie deficit
    Strengthing your core = lifting heavy
    Treadmill = cardio

    You can't just "lose the gut". It's impossible.

    What happens is you just start losing fat, and with the fat you lose the gut ... but you lose fat all over, too.

    That's kinda how it works.

    There really is no other way.
