hello guys, as you can guess im new lol. i found this app on my phone last weekend and im SO glad i did. even though iv only been following it for just under a week iv noticed such a change. I have a condition called fybromyalga (a condition that affect the nervous system and fibrous skeleton). for the last 10 years at least i could very happily get threw the day with 1 meal sometimes not even that with out being hungry. (and yet still managing to become over weight. yep never been one to follow the rules hehe) since iv started this though iv been eating 3 meals a day and i finally know when my body need food as appose to eating for the sake of it or forcing my self to eat. I feel sooo much better and cant wait till i hit my goal and feel fantastic.

    Welcome! I have fibro as well. I totally understand about the not eating thing, I used to be terrible about it. I really focus now on eating a normal amount of food and exercising. It is helping my fibro, though it is taking a lot of getting used to.

    I have tried everything. I was with a different site but it was so different to understand . This seems simple.

    thanks for the wellcome guys everyone is so nice round here. it does take some getting used to but its so worth it. hopefully it will help me not be so tired but sure time will tell. hope everyone has a wicked weekend we all deserve it ;)
