A lot of my mfp pals have been noticing weight loss lately... You wanna know what they have been doing to see such great results?!?!?!? Well.... They realized they weren't eating enough calories so they upped their calories and waaahhlaaa
WEIGHT LOSS AND PLATEAU's broken!!!!

Just wanted to share what I have been observing on my mfp wall.... Good job my mfp friends, Good job!!!

    So very true!! It's nice to finally realize eating less and exercising more needs a balance of its' own!

    I try to get about one tic tac's calories worth from breaking even on the day...I earned those damn exercise calories, I'll be damned if I won't take advantage of them. Otherwise, what I do cannot be sustained in more ways than one.

    I love logging that burn and then rubbing my hands together greedily and thinking, "OK, what's for dinner, dammit".

    *breaks out bullhorn* LONG LIVE EATING BACK YOUR EXERCISE CALORIES! LONG LIVE EATING BACK YOUR EXERCISE CALORIES!

    *in my best "Fat *kitten*" voice* "GET IN MY BELLLLY!!"

    Yeah I love this! It worked for me, I lost 3lbs this week after being stuck at 170 for the past 3-4 weeks.

    I was reading some post and MFP always say eat your exercise calories so that we can lose weight at a steady pace because MFP when doing your weekly calories according to how much a week to lose 1 or 2 pounds they then calculate the calories needed to lose weekly so therefore they say eat the exercise calories because they was extra calories that's why they ask activity level so they can calculate to lose weekly now some say they don't eat all of their or none of their exercise calories so that they can lose weight better me myself i am on bed rest due to ankle surgery can't walk so i hope eating my daily allowed calories i continue to get a weekly weight lost good luck everyone

    Yes Mischoy is just one of my fiends that I observed.. There have been plenty more as well

    YUP!
    i was stuck at 160 and within a week i dropped to 155 after eating a little over a few days in a row. it was crazy. but this doesn't mean that always going over is helping..i still need to make 1200 happen 4-5 days a week.

    but it's hopeful that you can go over on a couple days and still be on the right path. i keep track of the days i go over and meet my goals on a month calendar so i can monitor this. i think it helps with accountability.
