My first week

been on this for a week now logging everything! And I've lost 2lb I'm so happy!!! This app really motivates me! I've tryed for years to diet and do all these shakes like protein world/ herbalife but you lose the weight fast then put it back in faster! Doing it this way is so much better for me and my body

    Good job. This my first week also. I did quite well myself. The meal planning here that helped me. Before I got started I found me a wellness coach (free) offer thur medical insurance, exercise classes ($5.00 month), I go 3 times a week. You get time arm yourself with more resources to set you up with more success. I have lost 6 pounds.

    Great! You'll be where you want in no time at all. Are you strength training and doing cardio? Seems to work best for me.
