That's the problem I do move constantly! But I feel like I'm gaining muscle and I know once you gain muscle it's hard to lose but I would like to lose my inner thighs before I start building my muscle and sculpting! But maybe I will try P90x I also put into consideration that it could be of what I am eating that is causing me to lose but just tone up! Thank you for the advice I might use some of these suggestions!

Sumo squat and lunges worked for me. Squatting with weights is phenomenal for the legs and butt!

Sorry to break it to you but you can't spot reduce. Where the weight comes off is entirely up to your individual body.

Other than newbie gains or really rare circumstances, you won't be gaining muscle mass while eating at a deficit, so you don't have to worry about that.

Just keep at the weight loss and exercise, and you'll tone up in general. Whether or not that will lead to "thigh gap" is pretty much genetic; plenty of very fit, thin women don't have it.

You can't spot reduce, but....squats, lunges, dead lifts.
