Yes I feel a whole lot better and I am seriously addicted to the exercise now.
I keep a bicycle at work and ride on my breaks. Today I did 4 miles on my first break seven on my lunch actually set down for my next break and then did 18 miles after work. All this and a ten hour workday I was starting to wonder if I would stay awake driving home... Haha0 -
