On my app it say to try to stay under, I am already -5g.

I have eaten:

Two sainsburys Weetabix with Milk
Kale, apple and coconut water smoothie.
five crackers with tuna and onion relish (tiny amount)

That is only 490 calories, I have 710 remaining.

It is almost impossible to eat healthily and stay under!!

I have only had 8g of fat today so far and have 82g left of carbohydrates left.

It's not important unless you have a medical condition that's affected by sugar and carbs. As an aside, be careful not to conflate the two -- sugar is a carb, but not all carbs are sugar.

There's sugar and carbs. It's actually not the same thing... carbs include fiber too. Fiber is good for you.

Either way, there's no reason to even track your sugar if you're not diabetic.

I am not really tracking it as such but when putting data in on the app it told me I was over the daily goal.
