Why does my App say my goal for monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated fat is 0%? I thought this was the good fats? Yet it gives me a target for saturated fat? I'm confused..

I was wondering about this too.0

Because there is no RDA "goal" for those like say sodium 2300mg/day, sat. fats, vit c, iron etc. Those are the good fats, so as long as they are higher than my saturated fats #, & that number isn't over goal, I figure I'm ok0

The goal isn't necessarily something to reach, it can be something to avoid going over.0
