We had our yearly health screening at work on Thursday and I was one of the few who found it enjoyable and not-at-all stressful. (We only get our fingers poked and our blood pressure taken.)

I actually started dieting in July 2010, but I realized that one of the last times I had been in front of camera when I was heavier was in May, so I decided to do a side-by-side comparison:

I'm VERY happy with the results! But I still have 43 more pounds to go before I reach my goal, so this is just a before and during photo.

    LoL! I didn't mean that in a negative way at all! I am proud of myself, greatly so! I'm just saying that it's a before and during photo and NOT a before and after. I'm just not done yet! :happy:
