Do you have a carpeted room with a tv? Or a laptop you can use? Most dvds can be done pretty quietly on carpet.

    Kettlebells.

I speak from personal experience. Silent at nap times.

Have a looksie at fitnessblender.com - they have workouts for all levels... some are even labelled as "quiet dorm room or apartment", etc. :)

I too am a stay at home mom, and I work from home! I find it easiest to do squats, planks, and leg lifts, while my kiddos are asleep. Hardwood floors? No problem! You can use an exercise mat and do pretty much any exercise not requiring heavy equipment. Also, I would suggest avoiding jump roping :( I learned the hard way. Sleeping babies don't tend to forgive loud thuds on hardwood floor as easily as carpet.

Ballet Beautiful is a lovely quiet at home exercise dvd. Soothing classical music in the background and it's all done on a mat

Kettlebells definitely, body weight strength circuits, even kickboxing. I workout during my youngest's naps too, best way for a mama to make time for herself :P

Bodyweight training would work as well. Also, try not to teach your kids to only sleep when it's dead quiet. You'll regret that later...
