Congrats on the weight loss! What types of foods are you staying away from? I'm on the 1200 calories a day.0 -

Hi all, not sure if I am in the right thread ... just curious how you come up with your nutrition breakdown? I have 40-50lbs to lose (currently 190lbs). I am following 1200 calories a day but not sure how to divide % fat, protein etc ...
