Hello there, 47 years old--looking at 50 pretty quickly and want to reverse the tide of change. Would love to be part of the group. Started plan about 3 weeks ago w/help of doctor--lost 5lbs so far, slow and steady is the plan.

  • Hello all. I'll be 42 in less than a week. I've had a rapid weight gain and am extremely uncomfortable in my body. I'd like to lose 40 to 50. I have no deadline because I'd like it to stay off. How do I join the group?
