Anyone else on Body Ecology Diet?

Is anyone here on the body ecology or any other yeast free diet? I lost a ton of weight last year on the Body Ecology, but my husband was doing it with me. He doesn't want to give up his beer and wine so I am going solo this time around. It is hard to stick to such a strict diet with a husband drinking beer and a son eating yummy "junk" food.
