    vodka + club soda, or whiskey and 7up, or stella (really any beer that's not too heavy or too dark), or wine - preferably white as my palate isn't sophisticated enough to truly appreciate reds.

    Ok if I had to choose just one probably dirty vodka martini. Though I like tequila shots and anything of the whiskey family.

    Quinta de la Rosa 20 year old or 40 year old Port. Not available in this country as far as I know, but we get it at the winery on the Duoro in Portugal. Sit back, sip it on a Sunday afternoon and listen to Mahler.
