This isn't my first time using MFP, I actually lost 40lbs in 2014! However, I went through a really rough patch and gained back about 25lbs. I'm back now, and at it again, except now I've got two jobs in addition to my classes. Finding the time and energy to exercise (instead of indulging in cheap sugary foods) has proven difficult. I'm really hoping to reach my ideal BMI, which is 170lbs. Encouragement, friends, and comments are always appreciated.
