Well this morning I weighed and lost another pound. I put cloths on I couldn't get into I was so thrilled.

    And clothes are such a good indicator. I mean, the scale is the sale (sort of like a ball'n'chain will always be a ball'n'chain), but getting into old skinny clothes or falling out of old fat clothes is WONDERFULLY fulfilling.
