Is there an application for a trainer? I mean i need someone to tell me what do do on the excercise machines, not runnin just strength training like trying to tone up but idk what to work on first, next, or last ....how many reps to do etc

Most gyms have an option to work with a trainer as an intro so you know the proper forms to prevent injury. I'd recommend looking into that, even if you have to pay for a session I think it would be worth it to pick a trainer's brain and get any questions you might have answered. That way you'd be able to get recommendations specifically tailored to your body and goals.0
