let's get healthy

Hi there' i'm 22 and i have been fat since i was eight Years old'. i tried almost every kind of diet possible' and i understood that the best way to get and stay healthy is by slow and stable weight loss' exercise as much as a can in m'y crazy schedule and eat healthy. Peaked last year at 230 . now at 206 and hoping losing about a pound a week and never getting them back. It would be extremely Nice to have a few friend with similar goals; getting healthy once and for all
