Two weeks and 5 pounds down! Just the beginning but pretty proud of myself!!!! This is 15 pounds since I began my weigh loss journey on January 1st:)

    Congrats! Slow is best even though it feels frustrating at times. What got me through the first ten pounds was reminding myself how fast the previous year had flown by. I kept telling myself, "This time next year I'll be goal weight if I just keep going."

    After the ten pound mark, people start to notice and each pound lost feels like a victory instead of feeling like throwing pennies in a bucket.

    It's now been 303 days and I should be to my original goal by day 365. The time has flown.
