What does your diet look like in a typical day? My husband is 6'2 and fairly skinny and that is exactly his goal...to put on muscle weight. You look amazing.0

Thanks! On a bulk, my diet on a typical day would look something like this:
Breakfast:
10 egg whites
1 Cup Oats mixed with 1/2 cup raisings and nuts
Lunch:
9oz Tuna from can
3 slices of wheat bread
1/2 tbsp olive oil on the Tuna
Dinner:
9oz chicken breast
2 cups brown rice
1 tbsp Peanut butter
Snack:
2 cup strawberries
1 Banana
1oz Peanuts
Dinner 2:
8oz Salmon (or 9oz chicken)
2 cups brown rice
Post workout:
2 Scoops of whey protein
1 banana
1 Whitebagel
1 tbsp Peanut butter
Before bed:
2 cups of unflavored Greek Yogurt
OR
2 cups cottage cheese
OR
2 scoops of Casein Protein
&
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Supplements:
Fish oil
Vitamin C, D, E & B12
GABA
BCAA
My calories were well above 4000 and increased even up to 5000 by adding more fats or different snacks.
Protein macros would be anywhere from 250-300
Carb Macros: 350-450
Fats: 86-130
It all depends if you eat less carbs and add the fats instead of carbs. I can tolerate carbs, I can even intake up to 500 grams a day with no problem.
You husband should start slow and work his way up to this, because jumping straight to this can most likely lead to fat gains quicker than muscle gains.
