Back on the wagon for good

Hi! I'm trying to lose about 25kg so I'm back on the MFP wagon and determined to stay on...I keep starting and quitting :-( it really helps to track your calories though and see how much you actually eat!...here's hoping we all have success stories in the future... Also feel free to add me...x

    I'm in the same boat, I can't remember if this is my third, fourth or fifth time back on the wagon. Hoping I find whatever it takes to stick with it this time!

    The secret is to not treat it like a diet - no quick fixes, no gimmicks, no excluding foods you love, just make a commitment to eating a little bit less than what you need and then what you need when you're at your goal weight. A good tip I think is to set your calories to about what you would need at your goal weight.
