    Never ran a half. 10k is max so far. 10 miles for training. I'm definitely a middle distance runner. I look like a halfback carrying a football and I'm only 5'8.

    I've never ran one. Blew my knee out when training for my first one! I was at the 10 mile mark when it happened. Very sad! But I'm not fast at all lol.

    Yeah, but only to make them close their eyes while a fist follows. Baseball hats are good for that too. I fought a lot when I was young.
