I love spinning!! I also run on the treadmill. I do light lifting with machines 3 days a week. I need to find other strength classes but my gym does not offer a lot. I have 30 day shred and Insanity that I do every now and then. I don't like to work out at home!0

Since I work a desk job, I love getting a workout in before and after work. Makes me feel great. Usually just weights in the morning, and cardio after work.0

I almost always workout twice a day, out of necessity because I have to do it around naps and mealtimes. About two hours each depending on what I'm doing. A run or pole dancing takes longer than using the punching bag or swimming a couple laps, I lift 4 days a week. once a week or so use a dvd or a hiit workout from bodyrock.0

Currently coming off an injury, but my happy place routine is 3 days heavy lifting (lifting days come with a 20 minute cardio warmup) and 1-2 long gentle run days each week. It makes me feel like a beast and like I can conquer the world.0

Don't mean to burst your bubble but 1000 calories is very high for one workout. For me I'd have to run over 5 miles to get to that number (and then some because most estimations are a little off).
Not sure if this even applies to you but for everyone: Don't go by what the numbers say on your workout equipment. If you have Heart rate monitor those are fairly accurate, but the estimation on equipment and even in on-line calculators including the ones on MFP are usually high.
ETA: Oh sorry, to answer the question. Right now lot's of walking or hiking. However, I love jogging outdoors when it's nice and bootcamp and yoga classes.0 -

Oh no bubble bursting, dear. It wasn't 1000 calories in one workout. I use Polar system HR monitor. But, thanks!0 -
I like mixing up my workouts so I'm always challenging my body in different ways. A typical week of workouts will include:
- yoga
- pilates
- dance classes
- weight training
- jogging
- plyometrics0
