hi i'm new on here and hust started insanity workout plus the first diet in my life. Anyone else doing this workout, maybe we can support each other through it. and share our progress - hopefully all to be success stories. :happy:

    Hi! There are a few threads on here with ppl who are doing it...I have one up right now. Just search for Are You Insane? and you'll see it. We are all in different stages. I am in Month 2, just finished week 6

    Yeap! Im in week 3 right now of the first month! But this is not my first Go-around. I've started it 3 other times. Haven't made it past 2.5 weeks. I am full on in this time! I've already lost 10lbs and 7 inches in 2.5 weeks! Hope you have alot of success as well!
