Should I listen to MFP goals??

Today I logged my normal food and I feel great. I've been listening to my body and thus far I'm at 10% BF. I'm plateaued or maybe just being impatient.

I forgot to add about 500 calories.. also my breakfast I have half of it in the morning, half a few hours later. It's actually feels light and digests quickly, but I don't like the insulin spike when I eat it all at once0

I'm looking at your diary now. My only question is... why are you eating so many calories? I'm on a bulk right now, I weigh 175 and will be bulking to about 185-190. And I only need about 3,500 a day. You're well over 4,000.0

I use a bmr calculator online every 10-20 lbs to get a more accurate sense of how many calories i should be eating a day.0
