Highest weight 438lbs and current weight 191.2 (Natural Weightloss)
Once you embrace your flaws, you empower yourself. You take everyone else's power away from them against you. If Your insecure, someone has control over you. Because all they have to do is mention it, mention your weight, and you become defensive or angry or sad. If we learn to love ourselves how we are in that moment. The minute they mention it, it has no effect. There’s no power there. So I say all that to say ----> Eff societies view on beauty and perfection.. I AM beautifully flawed and I rock my ish now where's my crown...
