try keeping things that are high cal treats in your car, if its cold and raining you wont go out to get them
buy more fruit, this is loads better for you than rubbish food and it will fill you up for longer (lower cal as well)
avoid low fat versions of products (in my experience I find these less satisfying and I think I can eat more of them)
if you are missing a type of food just allow for it. plan your cals around your food.
I plan my food the night before pop it on here and then I feel like I should stick to It rather than making it up as I go
use scales... nuff said
rice cakes (plain or salted but avoid other flavours) are a low cal snack that will fill you up and is a good brad substitute
I hope this helps do all or some of this and I am sure you can do it0 -
I keep crunchy veggies like celery, baby carrots, green beans to munch on when I need a snack. Sometimes you are wanting to eat not because you are hungry but because you are nervous or bored. Maybe having a hard candy to suck on, that will last a long time, will help you get past the munchies.0

Snacking is usually either about not eating enough during meal time or it's about an emotion. Stop and do an honest assessment of both the physiological (nourishing food during meals) and the emotional (procrastination, feeding a hungry heart, worry, etc.)0

I love snacks as well, anything salty is my thing. I allow for these in my daily calorie intake. I will only buy snack size bags and usually on 1 at a time. I do leave snacks in my car and have asked my husband to do the same. I brush my teeth after meals and chew gum. Sometimes I will drink flavored water no calories, no sugar and it will hold me over. I try to keep fruit handy as well as almonds as they fill me up longer than a bag of chips. I also eat sunflower seeds. Having to crack them takes time so I am not overeating. Good Luck to you. It's hard but I know you can do it.0

I love snacks!! Unfortunately, I blame them for all the extra pounds I have now. It's like, you don't count them as meals, so you have this illusion that you eat very little, skipping big meals. At least that's what it's like for me. Now I try to "save up" calories for unexpected munchies episode. Also, for the first few weeks I just logged and learned (I still do but with more accountability now) about myself. Just watch your eating patterns, make food notes, and try to see which foods have the highest nutrition-satisfaction ratio for you. Then use it to your advantage and enjoy your snacks.0
