4 weeks in only 1kg lost... some motivation please!

I'm new to this and have been monitoring my calories and adding running and walking to my weeks, but have only shifted 1.2kg... encouragement please! - I have 16kg to lose!!

  • Any loss is good in my book, I just started 22 days ago and have lost 9lbs. I have been swimming 5 nights per week, 1/2 a mile each night and that's helping allot. If you find something that you love doing that gets & keeps you moving then that's the way to go! And never eat back your calories that you get for exercise (I learnt that the hard way lol) Good luck :D

    Thank you Annemarie932. I am trying to get back into running as I used to love that, and walking on my lunch break a work (with 2 kids under 3, free time is limited!). Good point on not eating back the 'earnt' exercise calories - I think I have been guilty of this! :D
