Alli coming back

For those of you who were using Alli and had success, it is coming back to retail locations on February 19th. You can pre order from Amazon now.

    I bought it once - then did my own 'research' into the #s. Just didn't make sense to pay $40-60/month to negate 130-150 calories a day in blocked fat. Equivalent of about 1 pound per month at best. The real 'results' from Alli come from food logging/tracking, being aware of portions and macros, community/forum support. All of those things are available for free.

    I agree but I also know some people who had amazing results as well. I just thought I'd share the information. I say to each their own and whatever works :smile:
