Losing pounds but not inches

I have lost nearly 10 pounds on a calorie limit and doing some exercise but have not lost any inches anywhere- is this normal? How do i lose the inches aswell as the weight?

    give it time i had this issue just keep doing what you are doing seems like you are on the right track, if you are not lifting weights you might want to try that strength training does wonders !!! you got this

    Give it a bit longer. I had this at first and expected to see big changes on the measuring tape.
    Depending on how much you weigh 10lbs may not be that big a loss % wise. That 10lbs is coming off from all over your body so it just means there have been little changes everywhere.
    Measure every 6-8 weeks or so.
