Hi Everyone, I have used myfitnesspal before but I have just been getting back into tracking and logging (I'm on an 8 day streak, woohoo!) I am looking to motivate and encourage others, swap recipes/meal ideas and maybe even workout plans. Please add me, if you are from the GTA, even better!

Hi! I also signed up for myfitnesspal awhile ago, but have just started to get back into it to try and be more accountable for what I'm eating. I'm a member of bodybuilding.com to track my workouts and this seems to be the best way to track my intake. Always looking for new recipes to try, and would be more than happy to share. I'm from the Kingston area, so not too far away.0
