menu planners?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew of online menu and shopping list planners? I would really like to create a weekly menu and then be able to put the necessary ingredients into shopping list all from the same place. Also, menu/meal planners that have premade low calorie recipes and meals to choose from would be great too. Thanks to anyone who has any help!

I menu plan for a month and actually just make my own list separated into categories. It's cheaper than printing haha0

I have heard great things about emealz.com, but have not used it. Another option is The six O'clock Scramble (http://thescramble.com/).0
