I just saw a nutritionist and had my RMR checked as well as my body composition. The good news is that my muscle mass is in the good range; the bad news is that my BMI is 35. I've got to get my weight down and came here for help and to log my food every day. I'm 5'9" and weight 240 lbs (female) with basically a sedentary desk job.
