I drink tea with milk should I count this towards my total callory count ?
I've just started logging my food and just want to make sure I'm doing it all right.

Thought so much, have no idea how much milk I have, I supppse I'd better find out then :-)0

Yes, I log it.0

Yeah, log it. Just measure it once to get an idea how much you have as chances are you'll always have the same amount if you like your tea a certain strength.0

The tea itself doesn't have to be if you don't want to, as most tea is typically zero calories. However, if you are concerned with sodium or other macros, you should.
The milk definitely should. A 1/2 cup of milk can add up to a surprising amount of calories.0 -
Definitely measure your milk and count it!!! I used to drink my coffee with half & half - and I drank a substantial amount of coffee per day that probably added up to at least 1/3 cup of half and half - that is around 100 calories (plus fat, etc.) 20 calories are in a tablespoon...it adds up quickly! This is why I taught myself to like black coffee...I don't like to drink calories unless it's wine.0

I log it - the first time I measured how much milk it took to make it the colour that I liked and then I just log it from my frequent/recent list. 2 tbsp (30 mL) of semi skimmed milk is approx 10 cals and 1g carbs.0

If your logging why wouldn't you count it?0

I tend to just put 100ml of skimmed milk under 'Snacks' every day to cover milk in teas and coffees. That covers around 5 mugs for me, if I feel I've had more I'll increase it0

Log everything that has calories. When I used to have milk in my coffee and tea I would measure out 1 cup into a jar. Added that to my diary to account for the calories and than use as needed for coffee and tea. Whatever was left at the end of the day I just drank. Measure how much you use in your tea and log it. Those bits of calories add up. Same with it you try a piece or something you are cooking, log it. Those little bits of milk, bites here and there, that bit of mayo on your sandwich, oil in the frying pan, etc. add up over the course of a day.
