Make soups or stews and divide them into lunch sized portions. Freeze them and ready to grab and go each day. Plenty of great recipes here http://www.skinnytaste.com/ or here http://greatist.com/health/healthy-crock-pot-recipes0

Yes, I always cook on Sundays for a couple hours and load everything up in tupperwares that I know I can take for lunch and also a snack before i leave work so I don't crazy indulge at night.. I have a really good recipe for glazed chicken that takes very minimal prep time and its good!0

I swear by one of these. I make up big pots of soups or stews and freeze them in single serving sizes and take one to work, put it in this wonderful little heating crock and in two hours it goes from frozen solid to piping hot. This amazing thing heats up leftover meatloaf with potatoes and green beans way better than a microwave. I work in healthcare and never know when or if I am going to get a lunch and this way my food is ready to go when I'm able to eat. I don't even need to leave my area.0 -
Honestly, I make soups, and stews, peppersteak, crockpot meals. But I sit at a desk, and when the day starts slowing down, the food that I packed is just not enough.0

I use mine most workdays, esp during the winter when I want a hot lunch. I keep the base at work and just take the insert back and forth. Best thing i ever bought myself.

Pack some fresh fruit & veggies along to bulk up your meal. Eat half the 'real' food, eat the veggies or fruit, then eat the other half.0
