I was a part of this a few months ago and decided to come back. I had tried a very drastic weight loss product and actually felt unwell the second week because my calories were so restricted. I am here to do my best. And Happy Mother's Day!:flowerforyou:

    Welcome, I think like most we have all tried some quick way to lose weight and the only true way is watching what we eat and exercise. There is no magic to it. Wish you much success here this time around.
