Anyone got ideas for TV workouts?

hi there just wondered if any of you have any ideas for work outs to do while watching TV?! Don't want to jump around too much and annoy the flat downstairs! Struggling to fit exercise into my routine!

    I have a pretty simple regimen for TV-watching. Only one exercise, too!
    1. Stand up/Get off the couch
    2. Walk towards the TV
    3. Turn it off
    4. Walk away from the TV
    5. Do something productive

    Focus on strenght-building exercises: squats, pushups, situps, plank.....they're all great options!

    Haha I totally agree but after a long day at work, a tiny apartment and freezing cold weather outside I'm finding it difficult to get the motivation!

    If you have a Roku download the fitness tv channel. It's free. I use it almost everyday for my workouts.

    jessicasmithtv - tons of different workouts you can play on your computer and watch something on tv at the same time - although I usually pay such attention to her I don't even know what I have on the tv and never feel like I'm working out for 30+ minutes.
