Trying hard to stay focused, additional motivation would be welcomed.

I am doing well at the moment but it feels like its more of an effort to remain focused than usual.

    I think everyone has those days. At some point it will all be effortless as it has become who you are. Transitioning from one habit to a new habit takes time. There will be some hiccups for us all. Keep moving forward. You got this!!!

    Just have to find something to occupy yourself with. When I start to waver, I try to find something that helps me continue to build on my goals. Read an interesting article or a book; find different projects; organize something. Anything that keeps me moving in a positive direction, even if it isn't weight loss. If I'm working on something that improves me in some way, then I know that I'm making progress.
