Hmmm.....to get to my pre-college weight, I need to lose 55 lbs...yikes! But I'll get there0

I have 16 pounds to go to reach my initial goal of 85 pounds lost. After that, we'll see0

Around 30lbs. I have 20 pounds to go to get to a normal BMI. That is going to be amazing for me. I'm 38 and I've probably spent a total of six months at a normal BMI in the past 11 years. This time I'm staying there! Then another 10 maybe, depending how I look and feel.0

I lost 45lbs in 2013 & another 45lbs in 2014. 45 this year would see me finally at a healthy weight 5lb down in 2015 so far. Final push0

I'd like to gain around 10 lbs or whatever puts me close to 25% BF, then cut back to 120 lbs ish or whatever lands me back around 17-15% BF depending on when that is so I can do it all over again. But that's assuming my back heals decently fast once I know what's wrong.0

My ultimate goal is to lose 80 pounds, but that is by summer of 2016. Just for this year, I want to lose 50.0
