What is the best food or drink to consume to get a lot of protein but low sodium?

Lean meats such as chicken and ground turkey are great for foods. I also eat protein bars that help with the protein numbers. As for drink a protein shake will help out.0

Why do they put so much sodium in cottage cheese?!? Non/lowfat is perfect for a high protein meal but apparently is the law that they have to pour salt all over it?
Anyways ... Don't like a seriously unhealthy amount of sodium? Then don't even look at cottage cheese!0 -

Most fresh, unprocessed poultry and meat is pretty low sodium. Most fish is but shellfish varies and is often pretty high sodium. Dairy often has a sodium punch, but there are some soy products that are much lower.0
