Sugar help

For breakfast I eat an apple, a zone bar and a nonfat latte. I've already reached my sugar limit for the day! Any suggestions on what else I can eat with lower sugar that's easy? Also, I hate eggs, so anything else. Thanks!

My personal feeling on the matter is that you shouldn't worry too much about going over on sugar. If your breakfast was a bag of Skittles, sure, that would be a little sugary. But there's a lot of natural sugar in fruit and there's nothing wrong with that.
I go over on fat almost every single day, but I know that it's almost exclusively from things like avocado, coconut oil, and eggs. I don't let it get to me as long as I'm staying under my calorie goal.0 -

Latte's have a lot of sugar. You could always use a sweetener.
At the end of the day though, unless you have a medical condition like diabetes, insulin resistance, or hypoglycemia, you don't need to worry about sugar.
I personally have insulin resistance and hypoglycemia so whenever I go to Starbucks, I get a sugar free caramel macchiato. I also use Truvia baking blend when baking because it reduces carb intake significantly.

A peanut butter sandwich? Oatmeal with hemp seeds (for protein) and blueberries? You said you don't like eggs but how do you feel about breakfast sausages?0

Almost all things have sugar. I would concentrate on removing ADDED sugars.
Your apple and the diary in your latte have natural sugars in them. They're not modified (too much anyway) from Mother Nature.
So having fresh fruit beats having a prepackaged fruit bar. Personally, the closer the sugar is to nature, the better for me.
It won't hurt to get to know the jargon too. Sugar, HFCS, dextrose, fructose, most -ose words, cane juice, evaporated cane, evaporated corn sugar, excessive fruit juice fillers, and many more. I'm type one diabetic so I always scan for these on labels.
