Time to lose some weight and get back in shape! Too much traveling and fun! My nickname is: World Traveling Joe. I actually own a travel business and travel for a living! Hard to diet but maybe fitness pal can help!

    And I want to hear more about how to stay on the plan when you travel. I just went to Louisville for a long weekend with 12,000 of my friends and EVERYONE was having FUN! How do you control yourself in that environment?
