I LOVE Fitness Pal. It really shows graphically what different foods affect you in different ways. WHo else is having results?

Im in my second week. First week eas 6.6lbs lost. Has ddefinitely helped me see what 8 am eating and how much i was before. Not quantity but quality of the food.0
