I LOVE Fitness Pal. It really shows graphically what different foods affect you in different ways. WHo else is having results?

    Congrats, that's a fantastic weight loss. I joined on Monday so three days done. i haven't lost weight but it is helping me to eat less.

    Im in my second week. First week eas 6.6lbs lost. Has ddefinitely helped me see what 8 am eating and how much i was before. Not quantity but quality of the food.

    Good job not doing well but not giving up I would love to see 10 pounds down it would give me will to continue

    Similar to me. I've been using MFP (this time round) for 3 weeks now and lost 14lb. Well done on your weight loss x
