i would love it ifyou guys can help me out give me suggestions on some good healthy snack please and thank you!

  • Low fat Greek yogurt--so many varieties now, 100 calorie packs of almonds/other nuts, light string cheese, fresh fruit! I like multigrain frozen waffles in the toaster, then I put St. Dalfour's Pineapple Mango all-natural 100 % fruit spread on them. Fantastic!

    Sliced cucumber with ranch dressing made from greek yogurt. You can eat lots of that! Baby carrots, hummus, broccoli if you like that (a whole bowl is less than 100 cal and super filling - add cayenne pepper to it instead of salt!). I love food, and dieting is hard for people who do. Good luck!
  • Chobani 100, fresh salads, unsalted mixed nuts, protein shakes/smoothies (I make mine with unsweetened coconut milk) fresh fruit and berries (but not good for night time snacks)
