Keeping my diet in check

Last year I lost about 25 lbs with diet and exercise. I've gained some back since then due to me being more lax in my diet especially. I am more busy now so I can't workout as often. And at my job I am constantly surrounded by food. Also, because when I do workout I am lifting weights for at least an hour and have put on some good muscle so I feel a lot more hungry. Because of my new muscle mass and recent weight gain I want to "cut" (reduce body fat) so my muscles truly show. But it takes a lot to satiate me now rather than last year when I was dieting. For the past few weeks everyday I say" ok I will have a good diet today and stay on track" because I know if I do it will motivate me to stay on it. I know consistency is key. But then I get hungry and have very bad cravings and usually give in a little and it turns into a full out I don't care what I eat I'll be fine type of thing and usually hate myself afterwards. I am tired of it. I know I need to stay on track with my diet because it is most important but I constantly feel hungry and not even oatmeal fills me up. I just really need some encouraging words to get me to stay on track and not lose focus of my goals. Maybe some good low cal satiating meal ideas too. Just please anyone help.

    Eat some miso soup.

Also, you will be able to do it when you really want it. Keep reminding yourself why you are doing what you are doing.

Well your diary isn't open. How much protein are you getting? Oatmeal is low in protein. Protein will make you feel full and give you the satiating you want. Nuts, cheese, meats are all great proteins
