lost half my starting weight in 4 years

I started to lose weight is not to become a beauty, but because of health problems. Before starting the diet I gained 26 pounds in five weeks due to stress and I have started to hurt back. So I could not do any exercise while.
Before 223 lbs
I'm six weeks ate only boiled cabbage and drank water. And do not eat anything. I dreamed of eating a lot of delicious food. I lost 25 pounds. Back stopped hurting.
198 lbs
I started to walk 2-3 miles a day. I started counting calories in food. I slowly began to lose weight.

- I lost 73 lbs in 14 months. Gradually, I began to attend a fitness club 2-3 times a week. I did 45 minutes of cardio and weights 10-15 minutes.

Five months later, I weighed less than your wedding day. I stopped hurting back.

In two years, fitness has become part of my life. I realized that actually have a slim and elastic body at any age, spending a total of 10 hours per week. Once 135 pounds was my goal and dream for 10 years, but one day I was looking in the mirror I realized that I still have extra 10-15 pounds. Weight decreased total -1-2 pounds a month, sometimes I even add 1 pound.

Now I weigh as much as 13 years, but has never been so vigorous and hardy. My husband says that I have become so small that many of his friends asked why he began to meet with minors.

congratulations! i too have lost nearly half my weight. i'm stuck at 15 pounds shy ... i was 280, and now at 155. down 125, and 15 to go! have not lost anything in the last 3 weeks. i know it's going to be harder as i get closer to my goal. thanks for showing me it can be done! i know i'm going to get there too!0
