used to be an avid gym goer and got down to a good weight. I stopped and now I'm at a huge weight!! Trying to get back into and get things straight!! Also recently engaged, so need to get this under control!!

I used to be a personal trainer and I'd lift weights all the time. I stopped and slowly gained a bunch of weight and hate going to the gym and seeing how out-of-shape I've become. I'm getting over it! Also recently engaged. MFP has been a huge help!0
